Command configuration

USU Customer Service Knowledge Management has implemented a browser extension which can execute commands on a client computer e. g. extract system information of an end user workplace. With this you can enrich a ticket and provide the agent information which enables him to deliver better and faster ticket solutions.

Important

To use this feature, the user must have the USU Customer Service Knowledge Management browser extension USU Self Healing licensed, installed, and configured on his system.

USU Self Healing Extension needs a certificate deployed in K8s packages (USU Software Compose) so the server can communicate with the browser extension. This is not implemented in the K8s packages (USC) release from August 2025. Even the functionality is delivered in USU Portal it can't be used until the certificate deployment is implemented. This is planned to be implemented in PI2025.3 (delivery date is planned for 18.11.2025).
