Configurations
In the Configuration area you have the following options:
Download ZIP
Download all portal page, dashlet and drawer definitions in a structured ZIP archive.
To include the images in the ZIP download, select the checkbox. The stored Background and Embedded pictures will be part of the ZIP archive and stored in separate folders.
Upload ZIP
Upload all portal page, dashlet and drawer definitions from a structured ZIP archive.
When uploading a ZIP archive with images in the folders backgroundImages and embeddedImages the files will be stores in the corresponding MinIO buckets. Existing files will be overwritten.
Overwrite existing Data
Select Overwrite existing Data to overwrite existing objects.
Important
Once overwritten, objects cannot be restored.
If you do not select Overwrite existing Data, only new objects will be added.
Delete system contents
Delete all system contents including all portal page, all dashlet, all drawer definitions and the menu is reset to the default.
To delete the system content, you have to confirm your request. To delete the MiniO objects as well, select the checkbox Delete MiniO objects.
Important
The system contents will beirretrievably deleted.
Open object storage (MinIO)
Open object storage (MinIO) to upload, browse or delete portal page background images.
Images
In the images area you can upload images. The view is divided into two tabs: Background and Embedded.
You can upload both background and embedded images. Background images can be used for designing the portal pages, while embedded images can be used within the Interactive Area dashlets.
Depending on the type of image you want to view, add or delete, switch between the tabs accordingly.
+ Add
Click on + Add to upload new background images. You can drag and drop you files or use Select files to select the desired files in the dialog.
The following file formats can be uploaded up to 10MB:
SVG,JPG,PNG,WEBPandGIF.
DeleteTo delete the uploaded image, click on the trash icon.
