Components

You can upload new file attachments on drawer e. g. new file attachments of a specific ticket, with the AttachmentsUpload component.

We support only USU Service Management as resource so far.

Data Target Field	Define the data target field. This defines the specific field inside the target field that stores the binary file data or a reference to the file content.
Filename Target Field	Define the filename of the uploaded file.
Multiple	To upload multiple files activate the toggle.

For the options you have the following source types available:

Choose between the Source of options using the toggle.

Depending on the selected type you have the following attributes available:

Manual definition

Value: To create a value click on Add.

Label	Select the Language using the dropdown menu. Add the corresponding Translation of the component. Confirm your entry with Add. You can delete your translation by clicking on .

A SuggestionList listens to the input in defined fields, transmits this information to an AI service workflow in USU Service Management and, if available, receives a list of possible major incidents. You have the option of adding your issue to one of these major incidents.
