Supported software/platforms

To run the solution properly, the hardware and software requirements should meet those described in the USU Portal System requirements. It's possible to use less capable infrastructure, but in most scenarios, this will result in an undesirable level of performance.

USU Service Management

All required USU Service Management customizing is included in:

  • USU Service Management 5.3 HF17 and higher

  • USU Service Management 5.4 HF06 and higher

  • USU Service Management 5.5 and higher

Notice

USU Service Management 5.2 will not support all functionalities of the USU Portal. Some of the needed customizing can be delivered as XML files. Please note that some functionalities will not be available even in the latest Hotfix release, due to missing core functionalities in USU Service Management 5.2.

USU Analytics

For integration with USU Analytics this version is supported:

  • USU Analytics 10.3.2 or higher

USU Customer Service Knowledge Management

For integration with USU Customer Service Knowledge Management these versions are supported:

  • USU Knowledge Center 7.4

  • USU Chatbot 3.0 or higher

  • Self Healing:

    • Self Healing Host: 2.2.5.89

    • Self Healing Extension:

      • Chrome: 1.0.5 version from Chrome Store

      • Firefox: 1.0.4

    • SH_Commands_1.0.5.xlsx with basic commands for import into USU Knowledge Center

Notice

Please note that functionalities, such as integration with AI, USU Analytics or with USU Customer Service Knowledge Management, require appropriate licensing, installation, and configuration.

  • USU Localization Management 1.3.7 or higher
