Edit a Portal page configuration
You can edit a Portal page configuration in the Page designer.
To open the edit view, click on the Edit configuration button. The edit view of a page configuration has a header and a body.
In the header of the Page designer you have the following information and options available:
Click on the icon to go back to the Page designer overview. |
Page name Title of the portal page. |
Click on the icon to open and edit the general page configurations. The configurations will be opened in the component configuration section. |
Revert all changes Click on the button to button to undo all your edits. |
Save all changes Click on the button to save all changes. |
The body is divided into three main sections: the component picker on the right, the canvas area to design your page in the middle and the component configuration on the left.
To add a component to the drawer, drag and drop from the component picker on the left to the middle section. Once you have added the component to the canvas area, you can:
or select a component to open the component settings in the component configuration area
delete the component from the drawerdrag the dashlet to the desired size
design header, body and footer areas of the drawer
extend the canvas area by dragging the dashlets further down
