USU Shop integration
The Service Shop is an application that simplifies the process of requesting products and services by providing an online shopping experience. It allows users to browse, search, and select items, submit requests directly or via a shopping cart, and track their request status.
In Self-Service Portal, there are two implementations of the Service Shop available:
USM Service Shop: Integrated directly in the USU Service Management suite, designed to align closely with USM Service Request processes. For more details, refer to the dedicated USU Service Management documentation.
USU Shop: Opens as a separate, self-contained application in a new browser tab. For more details, refer to the dedicated USU Shop documentation.
