Accessing the service shop

Both the USM Service Shop and USU Shop can be accessed from multiple places within the Self-Service Portal. See also Specific Use Cases. This section shows only the quickest way to access these Shops directly.

To access the USM Shop directly via requesting a service:

  1. Navigate to the Open requests Info tile.

  2. Click Request service.

    The runlink calls the USM Service Shop which opens in a new window.

To access the USU Shop directly via requesting a service:

  1. Navigate to the Open Shop Requests Info tile.

  2. Click Request service (USU Shop).

    USU Shop opens in a new browser tab.
